We represented South Tyneside Council as their party wall surveyors for the demolition of a number of large buildings as part of a major regeneration of South Shields town centre.

Employed by the local NHS Trust in Berwick upon Tweed to carry out a detailed survey to assess the maintenance needs of the building over the next ten years.

Appointed by Northumbria Healthcare NHS Trust to support them with their development of their new hospital in Berwick upon Tweed due for completion in 2025. Providing Party Wall Act services including party wall agreements negotiated with the neighbours of this project.

Acting as the building owner’s surveyor for the development and procurement of the Newcastle City Library on behalf of Newcastle City Council. Services included detailed inspection of the metro rail tunnels and pre-construction advice in respect of party walls. 

Inspection and condition survey of large multi-storey mixed-use commercial and retail building in Liverpool city centre on behalf of a pension portfolio client.

Survey of a Grade II* listed 13th century ruined castle at Dilston on behalf of a charitable society in connection with a leasehold acquisition and preparation of a planned preventative maintenance report, advising on repair liabilities.

Conducted a quinquennial inspection and condition survey of St. Beunos Catholic retreat in St. Asaph, North Wales for the Society of Jesus in support of a planned maintenance programme..

Conducted a survey of damage, preparation of specifications, and procurement of a reinstatement contract to a severely fire damaged house in Northumberland. 

Survey, design, specification and contract administration for the procurement of a coded welding and engineering centre for Tyne Metropolitan College, North Tyneside. 

Survey of a mixed portfolio of ecclesiastical residential and commercial properties throughout England and Wales for the Society of Jesus including a mixture of large Grade II and Grade II* listed properties.

External high level access survey of Grade ll listed college building for Tyne Metropolitan College. High level survey to assess the buildings condition in advance of a repair contract.

Inspection of a residential and commerical properties, including listed Tudor framed building in Ludlow, Shropshire for preparation of Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessments.
