Neil Cunningham - Director: Personal Profile
Neil Cunningham BSC (Hons) MRICS FFPWS has over 20 years experience in the property industry working in both the public and private sector on many property types and providing many services. With experience working for regional and national consultants at a senior level for private and blue chip clients there is a very good understanding of property at all levels.

Neil Cunningham is the North East regional director of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors with wide ranging and in-depth experience in dealing with neighbourly dispute matters. 

Geographical Area
Based in Chester-le-Street with good road and rail links makes the practice centrally placed to serve the North East of England efficiently. Having worked in many of the regions cities and towns for many years the practice has good knowledge and contacts to be relied upon.
